The “SPECIAL NEEDS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS” project is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities aged 16 to 30 who wish to learn the basics of the SMM specialist profession.
Project Description:
Within the project, participants receive fundamental knowledge about the SMM specialist profession and the necessary tools for working in social media. This provides them with the opportunity to seek employment in this field in the future. The most promising students are planned to be involved in new projects.
Project Goals:
- Teach participants the basic knowledge of the SMM specialist profession
- Provide the necessary tools for effective future work
- Socialize individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide participants with opportunities for further professional development
- Improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities
Role of Volunteers:
- Announce the project and recruit participants
- Create a lesson plan considering participants' needs
- Conduct educational sessions
- Provide technical support during events
- Assist participants with employment opportunities
