The Beit Tamkhui: "Volunteer Hot Meals" project was created to provide elderly community members with complete hot meals that cover their nutritional needs.
Project Description:
The project emerged during the pandemic, when all city movements were banned, cutting off elderly people’s access to social dining facilities. Volunteers prepare nutritious hot meals for elderly community members, adhering to all sanitary norms, and then deliver them to the recipients while avoiding direct contact.
Project Goals:
- Providing elderly people with hot meals during the pandemic.
- Maintaining a balanced diet for project participants.
