In June, a large seminar was held for volunteers of the volunteer center "WE"

The classes dealt with the structure of the center and the motivation of volunteers. Thanks to the seminar, several projects have curators now!

The volunteers learned their type of motivation, which helped them to find out the types of encouragement they needed. For someone it is "thank you", for someone it is a photo of them on the website. Some of the volunteers really need such meetings as this seminar. It is very valuable for us that the guys share such information with us, as this makes our interaction even more pleasant and effective.

The activists were happy to see each other in person and to take part in important decisions for the volunteer center!
