Members of our Smolensk community went on a trip to explore the "Jewish" landmarks of Vitebsk. The delegation included active volunteers and Hesed staff. The visit was both interesting and very eventful.

The guests were greeted by their Vitebsk colleagues, who had prepared a rich program. Together, they visited both synagogues in Vitebsk and the community center with its cozy courtyard. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the tour and were deeply impressed by the spirit of "Jewish" Vitebsk.

During this friendly visit, there was effective and productive communication between community members living in different cities. The guests and the hosts enthusiastically shared their experiences and developed interesting ideas for joint activities.

The guest visit came to an end, but we eagerly anticipate the return visit and look forward to developing the established contacts so that our communities can continue to support the spirit of a united and friendly family!
