Firts achievements in the new year!
Volunteers from “Maagal” have spent their New Year holidays helping others.
January is time of a snowy fairytale. Everyone spends this time differently. Some visits their relatives, some travel countries, some use this as a chance to get a breath of fresh air and relax. However, volunteers of a Voluntary Coordination Service “Maagal” have their own approach! They have no time to rest.
We can’t to wait to share our lately achievements:
- Marina Mogilevskaya have been knitting scarfs for grandmothers and grandfathers. She shared that most of the knitting she was doing in the subway and it was taking 12 hours per scarf;
- Sergei Golubovskiy has escorted our elderly friend from Hesed “Helping Hand” to the center of social protection;<br>
- Many volunteers have wished merry Christmas and happy New Year via phone and some of them delivered the gifts.
We are grateful for all the volunteers that they are so carrying and ready to share their positive energy to help others! There is a new year ahead of us with a lot of new projects!
