On January 24, as part of the celebration of the wonderful holiday Tu Bi-Shvat, volunteers from our center conducted a cooking master class for 25 Hesed clients. The participants of the "Beiti" Day Center donned aprons and got to feel like chefs in a large communal kitchen.

Despite the common prejudice against multiple cooks in one kitchen, this time the collaborative effort yielded wonderful results. Attendees enthusiastically kneaded dough and then shaped dumplings, sharing their personal culinary secrets with each other.

Afterward, everyone took their places at the festive table and eagerly awaited the treats. Soon, the aromatic dumplings were ready, and everyone could fully appreciate the taste of this simple but beloved dish. The dumplings turned out to be excellent, as each person had put a bit of their soul into them! To conclude this lovely and warm evening, the group joyfully sang familiar and beloved songs around the large table.

The cooking master class left a sea of positive emotions, delighting participants not only with delicious food but also with a wonderful festive atmosphere! We thank the organizers of the event and look forward to more such gatherings!
