IT Kids
A space where technology becomes simple and exciting
Over the years, the IT KIDS project has become one of the most beloved programs among the young visitors of our center—and it’s easy to see why. Each session turns into an exciting journey into the world of information technology and the digital future. The children eagerly absorb new knowledge, generously shared by our volunteers.
Every Thursday, the doors of the RVC Volunteer Center are open to young enthusiasts of computers, gadgets, programs, and applications. During the sessions, children develop digital literacy and learn how to navigate the digital ocean safely and effectively. Our volunteers act as experienced guides, ready to share their knowledge with young “sailors.” More than 10 volunteers are involved in the project, and over the course of its existence, IT KIDS has graduated 45 young IT learners.
A warm, friendly, and supportive atmosphere reigns in IT KIDS. Here, every child can be sure they will be heard and helped with any question. Our volunteers accompany participants at every stage of learning—explaining, inspiring, encouraging, and showing that technology can be accessible, understandable, and truly exciting.
We are confident that the very first step is the most important one—it builds confidence, sparks interest in learning new things, and opens up great opportunities. And we invite everyone to take that first step into the world of digital technologies together with the IT KIDS project!
