Volunteers are one big team, thanks to workshops they learn to work in a team and acquire new knowledge. This weekend, a one-day training workshop of the Southern Volunteer Center, Hesed, of the city of Krasnodar was held for people who were united by the desire to help. The program was scheduled for the whole day and included a series of team-building trainings. By the end of the training, the young people developed new projects and initiatives, as well as worked out a strategy for improving existing programs. Above all, they received a boost of energy and motivation to implement all their plans.
