Conducting a class on motivation with a lecturer from the organization Kesher, as well as invited guests from the public association "Hospital Clown". Volunteers are people who work not for material goods, but for an idea, for a better world around them and other people. Motivation of volunteers is an extremely important part of the coordinator's work, and it was decided to hold a motivational lesson for such a big holiday as Purim. Marina Mordukhovich, a lecturer from Kesher, and employees of the public association "Hospital Clown" were invited to attend this event. The conversation turned out to be extremely effective and contributed to rethinking oneself as a volunteer and expanding the boundaries of understanding your activities.
