Volunteer Project Fair Inspires Elderly Clients
On October 22, a volunteer project fair was held for elderly clients of HESED
This event provided beneficiaries with a unique opportunity to learn about the volunteer center's projects in which they could participate. The fair became an interactive space where everyone could find something they liked.
The elderly participants not only learned about potential programs but also took part in introductory sessions for each project, offering a hands-on experience of real volunteer activities. The center’s volunteers organized engaging workshops, allowing the fair’s guests not just to hear about the volunteer projects but to feel like part of them. Projects focusing on computer and mobile literacy, language learning, and creative initiatives sparked particular interest.
The event concluded with a lottery where five lucky winners received memorable gifts featuring the RVC logo. A fun quiz rounded off the program, delighting participants and encouraging team collaboration.
The volunteer project fair left HESED’s elderly clients with many positive emotions and a sense of inspiration. After learning about new opportunities, many were excited to join the center’s volunteer initiatives and have since become active participants in its projects.
New achievements are ahead, as participation in RVC projects will open doors to new friendships, interesting activities, and personal growth!
