Volunteer of the Year 2025 Ceremony
The award brought together more than 250 active volunteers, partners, and friends of the center.
This year, the Gala ceremony “Voluntarul Anului 2025” gathered over 250 active volunteers, partners, and friends of the center. As always, the evening became a bright and inspiring conclusion to the year, highlighting key milestones and honoring those who became the true heroes of the celebration. Summing up the year’s volunteer work turned into a powerful demonstration of the strength and unity of our community.
This year, volunteers received 55 awards across various categories. Participants from five cities of our country took the stage — Chișinău, Bălți, Tiraspol, Bender, and Rîbnița. These cities are seeing rapid growth in volunteer engagement and the development of a strong volunteering culture. A particularly special moment was the recognition of five active volunteers who received letters of appreciation from the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu — a clear acknowledgment that volunteering today is an important pillar for the entire country.

Just one evening — yet filled with so many emotions, stories, and impressions! Like sparks, they ignite hearts and strengthen the desire to make the world better, to help and support others. Volunteering spreads from heart to heart, and the more sparks we lit during this festive evening, the more good deeds await us in the coming year!
