The Art of Telephone Communication
Throughout the entire month, Call Center volunteers dedicated their time to completing an intensive training course.
In March, an important event took place at RVC, an intensive training course for volunteers titled “The Art of Telephone Communication.” As part of the course, participants met weekly with experts to enhance their communication skills and become true professionals capable of finding solutions in any situation. The meetings were held on Mondays, and by the end of the course, each participant felt very confident.
The first session of the course was a meeting with Tatyana Voronovskaya, held on March 9. Together with Tatyana, volunteers learned how to establish a “warm connection” with interlocutors by using the correct intonation. On March 16, volunteers had another engaging session with Sergey Blenitse, who conducted an intensive on proper diction and articulation. It is no secret that these factors greatly influence the quality and results of communication.
The most demanding stage for the volunteers was a three-hour training with Sergey Plechkov, which took place on March 23. During the training, participants learned how to handle objections and find solutions in the most challenging situations. On March 30, the theoretical block was concluded by Lyudmila Semina-Gitsu, who provided volunteers with effective tools and strategies for handling difficult calls, helping them maintain inner calm even when conversations do not go as planned.
After completing the theoretical lectures, volunteers moved on to an important practical training. On April 1, participants gathered at our Call Center to immerse themselves in real communication with our clients. According to the organizers, the transformation was significant. From uncertain and hesitant individuals, participants became calm and friendly conversationalists, capable of supporting any dialogue and providing necessary assistance while overcoming challenges возникающие во время беседы.
The course has come to an end, and each participant received a certificate along with useful gifts from the organizers, thematic books on developing communication skills. However, the main achievement for the volunteers was the valuable and practical skills they acquired during the course, which can be successfully applied not only within our Call Center but also in everyday life to build strong social connections and solve a wide range of tasks. We thank the organizers for this unique and educational marathon and are proud of the volunteers for their dedication to gaining new knowledge and becoming the best version of themselves!
