Support Group
The volunteer initiative aims to improve the psychological well-being of individuals facing challenging life situations.
Under the roof of our center, a wonderful volunteer initiative was born to help people in difficult life circumstances deal with psychological issues. The coordinator of the “Support Group” project is Maria Treskunova, who articulated the main idea of the initiative: providing psychological support through discussions on various topics.
Volunteers for the project come from various age groups, driven by a desire to alleviate the psychological state of those facing difficulties. All volunteers have undergone a series of special training sessions with a professional psychologist to effectively handle psychological issues and offer the best solutions. Each client is approached with care, taking into account their individual characteristics, and efforts are made to provide effective psychological support.
Currently, 20 people have sought help from the volunteers, receiving psychological assistance at home. Additionally, our volunteers continue to develop within the project by increasing their knowledge and participating in seminars where they continue to learn the basics of psychology. Lectures on Jewish tradition are also organized, where experts examine psychological issues through the lens of customs.
