Seminar “Volunteer Coordinators Network”

RVC continues to develop the volunteer movement and support initiatives

RVC pays great attention to the development of the volunteer movement in Moldova. An important step in this direction is the annual seminar “Volunteer Coordinators Network,” where volunteers can exchange experiences and gain valuable knowledge. The seminar brings together volunteers from all areas of the center: “Origins of Mercy,” the children’s division, and the Call Center.

This year, the seminar focused on topics related to building and maintaining an effective team, as well as methods for integrating new volunteers. The role of the coordinator as a mentor and partner in implementing volunteer initiatives was also thoroughly explored. Attendees received a roadmap for effective communication and collaboration within the center.

A vivid example of successful project management was Adelle Beschetnikova, former coordinator of the “Origins of Mercy” division. She shared her experience and inspired seminar participants to overcome the challenges that inevitably arise during the implementation of any project. According to Adelle, difficulties are not a problem but an opportunity to reach a new level.

No less interesting for the volunteers was the presentation by invited speaker from Israel, Ariel Zlatkin. He shared secrets on using elements of informal education when conducting the Passover Seder in order to create a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and to engage guests regardless of their level of familiarity with the tradition.

We thank everyone who took part in organizing the event, as well as the volunteers who strive to broaden their horizons and gain valuable skills for more effective work for the benefit of our community!
