Results of the Annual “Bag to School” Campaign

On August 10, the RVC Volunteer Center concluded the charitable campaign “Bag to School” dedicated to Knowledge Day.

On August 10, the Volunteer Center hosted the traditional charitable campaign “Bag to School”, timed to Knowledge Day and aimed at helping low-income families prepare young students for the school year. This year, 30 children became beneficiaries of the campaign. In addition to the long-awaited gifts, they also enjoyed wonderful games and entertainment.

Volunteers organized a real celebration for the children! They prepared an engaging quest and fun games that helped the kids get to know each other better and learn to work as a team. The creative block “School of Dreams” sparked great interest, giving children the opportunity to design their own vision of the perfect school. The entertainment program ended with the distribution of useful gifts, including everything necessary for successful studies.

To put together complete school supply kits for each child, it took the efforts of 50 people: RVC volunteers, community members, city residents, and campaign partners. The company Maalex donated 12 backpacks, and the organization JDC provided sets of stationery. Seven of our volunteers took part in organizing the festive program for the children, putting into it their creative ideas and warmth of heart.

We thank everyone who took part in preparing and carrying out this charitable campaign! Our wonderful “Bag to School” project once again reminded us that true good deeds are born where people unite for the sake of others.
