Literary Inspiration
In September, as part of the online project “Literary Lounge,” a new meeting took place, giving our listeners unforgettable impressions.
As part of the “Literary Lounge” online project, another engaging meeting was held in September, organized by our volunteer Arkady Kuperschmidt. This time, the participants were treated to new experiences and emotions inspired by the creativity of Transnistrian poets Natalia Samoniy and Anna Shtro. The poets generously shared their new works and filled the meeting with their energy.
The evening featured a wide variety of poetic genres and themes. Lyrical verses, kind children’s poems, and works about autumn — and much more — were heard. Each piece resonated deeply in the hearts of the listeners, creating an atmosphere of sincerity and warmth. The guests were also fascinated by the creative techniques the authors use when writing their works. Natalia and Anna shared that their inspiration comes from many sources — discovering the works of other authors, admiring paintings, or simply changing their perspective on familiar things. For example, try looking at autumn through the eyes of an optimist or a pessimist!
The evening turned out to be exceptionally warm and inspiring, and its value for elderly participants was especially meaningful! Thanks to such literary gatherings, they not only get acquainted with poetry but also enjoy heartfelt communication and feel connected to cultural life!
