Leadership Circle: Building Foundations of Trust and Community Growth
The first meeting of the "Leadership Circle" project has taken place — a significant milestone for our center. This meeting was the result of careful preparation and meaningful work. Through a selection process involving surveys, we identified the most active and dedicated members of our community — those who are ready to become the core uniting force for everyone.
The meeting was held in a warm and supportive atmosphere. Participants were first introduced to the project’s goals and then invited to share about themselves and their vision of what it means to be a leader. The highlight of the meeting was the training session “Community Development and the Role of a Leader,” which involved interactive activities, discussions, and simulated scenarios.

One of the most engaging parts of the training was the "Crisis Resolution" game, where participants tried on the role of those facing typical community challenges such as a lack of volunteers, budget cuts, or generational misunderstandings. The group enthusiastically brainstormed ideas and proposed possible solutions to these issues. Many of the suggestions were both creative and timely.
Though the Leadership Circle project is just beginning, its impact is already visible: our community is full of true leaders who have the desire and strength to change the world around them for the better. Ahead of us lie new meetings, fresh ideas, and inspiring projects.
We are confident that this project will become a growth point and a unifying force for our community. We thank all participants for their involvement and wish the project continued success!
