The youth of the Almaty Jewish Community Center "Rimon" presented elderly community members with gifts in the form of food packages prepared as part of the Food Security project, supported by "Joint." These packages, along with festive attributes, brought joy to 50 community members.

In addition, young volunteers invited veterans to watch a Hanukkah film created by children from the "Creative Workshop" studio. The film tells about the traditions and history of the Festival of Lights, as well as shows how children congratulate each other and adults on this holiday.

The community emphasizes the role of young leaders as a significant volunteer link. They organize charitable actions, conduct festive events for various age groups, arrange lectures, and quizzes on various topics.

Moreover, as part of Sunday school classes, youth leaders helped children prepare an exhibition of drawings dedicated to Hanukkah.

The youth has many projects ahead, including further work on the Food Security initiative.
