Collaborative Creativity for the Whole Family!
On January 9th and 10th, 2024, interesting workshops were held in the "Jewish Renaissance" project!
On January 9th and 10th, volunteers from our center, Lola Zotova and Kamila Gaysina, conducted wonderful workshops on the history of art, painting, and beadwork for community members. Each participant gained new knowledge and had the opportunity to enhance their creative abilities. The events took place within the projects "Jewish Renaissance" and "Mazl tov+."
The visual arts workshop was dedicated to winter. Children and their parents collaboratively created wonderful drawings inspired by winter motifs. Such collaborative creativity became a wonderful way to bring families together and learn to listen and hear each other.
Members of the women's club, under the guidance of Lola Zotova, explored an interesting direction in painting - symbolism. They familiarized themselves with the works of the artist Jan van Eyck, thoroughly studying several of his paintings. Thanks to the knowledge of our volunteer, the horizons of our beneficiaries became even broader!
In Kamila Gaysina's workshop, participants learned about beadwork, materials used, and the principles of creating bead jewelry. Women listened with interest to Kamila and even tried their hand at beadwork. The workshops provided a wonderful opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, as well as unleash creative abilities and give free rein to imagination! Smiles blossomed on the faces of the participants, and their eyes sparkled with joy. Many thanks to our volunteers for their enthusiastic hearts and willingness to share their knowledge with others!
