On February 9, the volunteers of the Hesed center in Shymkent organized a charitable action aimed at providing assistance to needy members of the community from different generations. The center’s leader, Anna Rybalkina, emphasized the importance of such an initiative for maintaining a decent standard of living for those in need of assistance.

As part of the action, hygiene products, vitamins, and baby diapers were collected, which were then packaged into separate parcels to cover the needs of the beneficiaries. All the necessary items were provided by the sponsor and volunteer Irina Brodskaya. As a result, the volunteers collected 9 parcels, which were then delivered to the recipients.

The recipients received the assistance with gratitude and warmly thanked our volunteers. Besides the necessary material goods, they received something no less important — live human communication and attention!
