In any business, education and progress are important. Stagnation, misunderstanding, unanswered questions, lack of motivation among volunteers - this is what we do not want to allow. That is why we regularly get together at the "Volunteer School" project, because these meetings help us find answers to all questions and stay motivated.

This time, our psychologist conducted a wonderful lesson with training on motivation, determining one's emotional strivings and much more.

At this meeting, the volunteers, under the guidance of a psychologist, were able to understand the reasons for their aspirations, determine what are their personal motivators and learn how to stimulate them to achieve their goals. The lesson was heartwarming and productive, all the participants received all the information they came for.
